Refund policy
Twinkle Dust™ handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase. The products must be unopened and returned in the original condition you received them.
Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened and used products.

Exchanges
We currently do not accept exchanges. Please return the item and await your refund, and repurchase if needed.
Refunds
All refunds are made at the discretion of Twinkle Dust™.
Refunds will be processed promptly and payment returned by the same method that you made payment however, please remember banks and credit card companies have their own processing times.
Damages
Twinkle Dust™ takes no responsibility for damages caused by Australia Post while in transit, however we will always strive to keep our customers happy so please contact us so we can further assist.
Faulty Product
If you receive your order and the products are defective or faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@twinkledust.com.au and we will organise a replacement as soon as we can.
