Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as your proof of purchase.

Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

All orders are processed within 3 business days. During peak holiday periods, orders can take up to 1 week to be processed. We will contact you if there are any delays or problems with your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Twinkle Dust™ uses Australia Post to ship orders within Australia and Internationally. We'll always endeavor to get your order out as soon as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Standard Shipping

Orders sent with standard shipping are expected to arrive within 7 business days - longer if outside of the metropolitan area.

Standard shipping costs $8.00.

Express Shipping

Orders sent with express shipping are expected to arrive within 3 business days - longer if outside of the metropolitan area.

Express shipping costs $10.00.

International Shipping 

Orders sent Internationally are expected to arrive within 28 days.

International shipping costs $20.00.

Tracking Information

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a shipment email with your tracking number that can be tracked on the Australia Post website, www.auspost.com.au/track.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia is subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department. Twinkle Dust™ is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these chargers and we work very closely with our carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and customs requirements or other like taxes, fees levies, costs, or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

Damages

Twinkle Dust™ takes no responsibility for damages caused by Australia Post while in transit, however, we will always strive to keep our customers happy so please contact us so we can further assist.

Missing or Lost Packages

There are several reasons why a package gets lost. We've found that, more often than not, the package has been left in a safe place outside or within the building or with a neighbour. Twinkle Dust™ politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at hello@twinkledust.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
